"I was recently contacted by Christopher Wade from Joe Sarrio’s Mississippi satellite office. He wanted us to switch our auto & homeowners insurance to State Farm. "I have requested to change my insurance coverage, to add my husband under my insurance and to get a bundle discount since we have renters insurance and two vehicles insured with State Farm. The agency spent a month to process my files and ended up not taking care of anything and had my policy canceled? And the reason being “I have not provided necessary information to complete an underwriting review of your spouse”. This is ridiculous since State Farm definitely has my husband’s information. He has been with SF for at least 5 years now…. The incompetency and inefficiency of this agency is just shocking. Edit: I had two calls with this agency (the lady named Angel) and I have provided my husband’s information, I also shared the other SF agency’s that is in charge of husband’s insurance. Moreover, I emailed the agency but never got any replies. The reason I didn’t attend the zoom call is because at that point I just gave up and decided to switch to another agency. I believe canceling one’s policy is a big deal. A good agency will definitely email or text you first before canceling your policy just because you missed 2 calls. Also I did call back but nobody picked up. The SF agency I switched to was also shocked at how unprofessional this has been handled and that it bas caused so much confusion for all parties involved. Once I switched to another SF agency, my coverage was updated within 2 days :)"

"I have left three messages for Joe to give me a call to discuss our property's insurance. It has been almost 3 weeks and he has not called me back. It is simply not acceptable. There are plenty of insurance brokers and underwriters out there. Look else where."
